BeyerDynamic T1

The Beyerdynamic T1 Gen 2 remains come in the premium headphones segment. They served in the market at a price point of $1,000 and do feel a tad like a more powerful variant of the famous Beyerdynamic DT 880. If you have previously seen the earliest variant of the Beyerdynamic T 1 S and continue querying what the distinctions exist, among this next version you perceive lightly revised drivers and detachable cord. Despite totally wired headphones, you con observed that these headphones are fairly heavier than the other headphones present in the market.

Sennheiser HD 800S

The HD800s was introduced in 2016 and it’s an open back dynamic driver headphone that coming in at a retail price of $1699. It serves not really as a successor but more as a refresh on Sennheiser’s legendary flagship the HD800. Let’s check it out all right so getting right into it the HD800s like the original is still using Sennheiser’s 300 OHM 56 millimeter ring radiator driver. But it adds a home holds resonator like absorber that seeks to ease resonances and peaks in the treble with a method that’s similar to the very popular SDR HD800.

BeyerDynamic T1 Gen 2

The Beyerdynamic T1 Gen 2 comes with a nice leather-wrapped headband and large plush ear pads. They feel rich and hold the head fairly than utilizing a structure that holds out similar to a pillar. Also with them, you will get high-quality materials on these headphones really solid soft, and supple feel altogether. Additionally, it gets premium leather at the very top very comfortable. So when you wear these headphones they don’t feel like it’s you know cheap leather it feels soft in your head. Because these are set down lists in the headphones you want to feel very comfortable using them. The ear cuffs also are very soft and comfortable and you’ve got some nice spacious surroundings around those ear cups.

Sennheiser HD 800S

Aside from the new matte black finish, the HD800s design is virtually identical to that of the HD800 like the original, the HD800s is still composed primarily out of plastic. But it feels very structurally sound and well-refined with no loose parts or creaking and very little to no chassis flex. Now whilst we do think that the HD800s design is very good and it feels premium. There are two elements on this build that we do think worn some caution the first of which is this silver metal mesh surrounding. The ear cups to achieve its intended acoustic performance the HD800ss earcups are almost completely uncovered and to maintain this unobstructed open sound design. Sennheiser used a very fine metal mesh that surrounds the rear side of the driver. This metal mesh compromises a significant portion of the ear cups and whilst it does hold its shape well it is prone to cosmetic damage. If you want to keep your HD800s in prime condition for as long as possible we highly encourage that you handle these with care and actively avoid touching that part of the headphone as your fingers alone can easily make dents and scratches in the mesh.

In terms of just pure technical specs here like we said they are wired the semi-open which means, of course, you can still hear somebody surrounding. It does come with this cool carrying case which of course is a hardshell case you can place your headphones there put your wires closing down and take them along with you the one problem with the case, of course, it does attract us quite easily. Now in terms of the headphone Cree frequency goes from 5000 to 50,000 Hertz and the normal nominal sound pressure level is a hundred and two decibels. The sound and the audio quality you get from these headphones Wow it’s hard to describe how well the headphones sound in terms of just the pure awesomeness now this gives you a very rich filling.

In terms of audio getting that rich sound like clean focus that almost spiritual blend with yourself and the music is the right way to go. Talking about sound quality for open-back headphones they do a very good job where you get all the sound in but you can still hear things around you.

Sennheiser HD 800S

Sound does the thing wherever the Sennheiser HD 800 S teases with achievement. Where other headphones might offer resistance to sound, the HD 800 S delivers you a complete, multidimensional scene. You can obtain the different zones and provisions of instruments in a recording with comfort. Also, this scenery remains extremely freaking extensive! The soundstage you receive from the HD 800 S will certainly disgrace your honor to several different headphones. Everything different sounds humbled and packed inside your head surely give you a good listening experience.

BeyerDynamic T1

These are a pair of wired headphones so the cable, of course, is quite long these are listening to headphones so you can expect a nice cable length. So if you’re listening to something from your turntable or we mean they’re using an amplifier for we know that’s at a distance you can connect them easily and sit down confident comfortably on your couch and listen to your music. So this is where of course the connectors go to the headphones it two separate line connectors to each of your cups and then, of course, it goes down to the 3.5 mm jack oh that’s a six-point 3.5-millimeter jack cable.

Sennheiser HD 800S

The Sennheiser HD800S comes with the wired connectivity option so there are the ODU connectors on the HD800s itself the socket assembly. With the HD800s you will get two very thin wires the poor attachment of the connectors onto the rest of the chassis. Along with how tightly the ODU connectors fit in the jack make it very easy to tear out the entire socket assembly if you’re not careful with how you detach the connector. So whilst the metal mesh really only causes concern for possible cosmetic flaws the connectors can actually break the headphone and render it unusable. If there are future iterations of this headphone we really hope that Sennheiser introduces an updated reinforced design for the jacks to prevent users from ripping them out when swapping cables or simply storing their headphones.

Which is better!

BeyerDynamic T1

The Beyerdynamic T1 Generation 2 remains solid, premium significant listening headphones. They comes with excellent sound generation and have identical fabulous build quality essentially comparable with Beyerdynamic headphones. They remain convenient to wear for a while but may appear a little uncomfortable to some. Through design, they don’t reduce any sound and do produce a pretty leaking sound. This won’t be a proper fit for commuting however treats among their audio performance.

Sennheiser HD 800S

The Sennheiser HD 800 S remains great sounding headphones for crucial listening. They’re fairly comfortable and also comes with a reliable build quality. But just like the most top-end open back critical listening headphones, they will not offer particularly a better performance. They have not meant for out-of-doors or to utilize informally, however, plugged within an amp, they can give an excellent listening adventure.
