The VX2758-2KPM-HD is a very attractive monitor for a couple of reasons it’s a 27-inch 1440p 144 hertz IPS gaming monitor. It offers a budget-oriented price tag of around 320 US dollars the pricing in the last few months makes it the cheapest high refresh 1440P IPS monitor on the market.
It’s not as cheap as some VA options like the AOC CQ 27 G2, it’s really hard to understate how popular this ViewSonic monitor. So if you are interested in this monitor to be sure you carefully check the product name and include the two KP-MHD parts in your search.

This 27-inch gaming monitor with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The response time is also good which is 1ms. There’s a lot of features packed into ViewSonic’s dense OSD but many of the various panels and options are pretty standard by controlling colors contrast buck levels and so on. There are a blue light filter and dynamic contrast as well but no cheat crosshairs or other gamers specific features. The only major inclusion here is a fairly average backlight strobing mode which of course can’t be enabled while using Adaptive Sync with that said it’s not unusual to see a limited feature set in budget displays.
It’s only in high-end products from companies like Asus and Gigabyte you see all sorts of stuff most of which you’ll probably never use. The big question mark here is naturally performance the VX2758 sits between budget vias and premium IPS models in the market. So how it compares to those options is going to set the tone as to whether this monitor is worth buying or not after all we want to see better performance than a VA to justify spending about 70 dollars more and getting as close as possible to those 500 dollar IPS variants would be nice but unexpected.

There are three main ports here with DisplayPort HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 plus there one display port. For audio output, there is 3.5mm a headphone jack. Besides this, there are also two built-in speakers which are of terrible quality worse than laptop quality so you may use an external speaker set.

This ViewSonic needed 43W(Watts) of power consumption on full utilization mode and 37W of power consumption on ECO mode which quite good for the monitor of this screen size. Additionally, it requires an internal power adaptor which quite convenient for users.
Conclusion!
From the above-mentioned points, we can say that this ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD remains a marvelous monitor for the money and we can also assume that this monitor holds a value for money place in the market. Hower its design needs improvements also there aren’t several lavish features such as custom crosshairs, RGB lighting, and the entry-level HDR assistance, but you will surely be not frustrated concerning the money you spent on it.
